Room 6.019b - Lattice Lightsheet Microscope with Dual Hamamatsu Flash 4.0 sCMOS cameras

Upright lightsheet microscope with 445, 488, 561, 640nm laser lightsources and dual high speed CMOS cameras. Ideally suited to imaging living samples up to 50 microns thick on 5mm coverslips immersed in a waterbath.
